Store Delivery

Enjoy hassle-free delivery to specified destinations with any single purchase of HK$388 or above. Otherwise, this service is available for HK$88 per delivery. Your order will arrive on the next working day.

Please remember to promptly refrigerate chilled, frozen, fresh food, and produce to ensure quality and freshness.

Delivery will be suspended when the typhoon signal No. 8 or black rainstorm signals are hoisted. Deliveries will resume on the day following the lowering of these signals.

Delivery to Ma Wan and Discovery Bay is available on Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday between 12:00 - 16:00; Tung Chung is covered on the same days between 16:00 - 22:30.

Please note that delivery is currently not available for Hong Kong International Airport, the Outlying Islands, including Cheung Chau, Lantau Island (except Ma Wan, Discovery Bay and Tung Chung), and all smaller islands.

Delivery Procedure

On the day of delivery, our team will contact you via phone call or WhatsApp. If you're unable to receive the delivery, we can leave your order at your doorstep or with your building’s concierge, if applicable. In case we are denied entry by the building management or cannot enter your building, your order will be returned to our shop. We will do our best to reattempt re-delivery, though additional delivery fees may apply. Rest assured, all orders are delivered by a refrigerated van to ensure freshness.

Special Weather Arrangements

Delivery will be temporarily suspended under “Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 or above” or when the “Black Rainstorm Warning” is hoisted. Our team will reach out to you to schedule a new delivery date.

Exchange & Refund Policy

  1. For any exchange or refund request, please kindly contact us via phone, WhatsApp, or in person with the purchase receipt or the order number.
  2. Products are eligible for exchange and refund within 3 days upon purchase.
  3. Voucher(s) and on-sale products are not eligible for any exchange or refund.
  4. Refunds or exchanges are not available for the following categories of items :
    1. Dairy products
    2. Cold-cuts
    3. Fruits and Vegetables
    4. Fresh Seafood, and Meats
    5. Frozen Items
  5. Original receipt or proof of transaction is needed to process all refunds. All refunds will be issued within 4 to 6 weeks.
  6. We reserve the right to confirm the final decision on all matters of dispute.
