Tasty cheese

I bought 280 g of Parmigiano Reggiano that was very good, very tasty and good price. Unfortunetely, it included 32 g of skin which was quite a waste. The packing was airtight when I received it but after the CNY it becomed aired inside. Hope the packaging can be improved in the future for better storage.
