1. For any exchange or refund request, please kindly visit the shop location in which the original purchase was made with the initial receipt.

2. Products are eligible for exchange and refund within 3 days of purchase.
3. Voucher(s), on-sale products, and some specified products are not applicable for any exchange or refund.
4. Exchange will be the prior option and refunds will only be issued if the item is no longer available.
5. One exchange or refund request can only be made for each receipt.
6. Only products with quality issues will be considered for exchange or refund.
7. Due to quality issues, fresh products in the categories listed below are only suitable for exchange or refund within 24 hours.*
*Dairy products, Cold-cuts, Fruits, Vegetables, Fresh Seafood, and Meats, Frozen Items
8. Fresh Truffles are not applicable for any exchange or refund once payment has been processed. 
9. All refunds will be made in the form of their original payment method with their initial receipt. The credit card refund process may take up to 4-6 weeks. 
10. Delidori reserves the right to amend terms and conditions and of final decision on all matters of dispute.
